The BOA Independence Invitational Games (BiiG) Local Organising Committee has partnered with Sentry Insurance Brokers to host its first Holistic Health Clinic. The clinic will focus on healthier living and making better lifestyles choices, while offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals to access expert advice and get useful tips that can inspire taking the first steps towards a better lifestyle.
The clinic will be hosted at The Barbados Olympic Association Inc. from November 23 to November 24 and is being delivered by two Health and Nutrition experts from Canada, Benjamin Ollivierre, a Certified Fitness Health Specialist & Personal Trainer, and Jason Persaud, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Registered Holistic Health Practitioner, and Holistic Lifestyle & Health Coach.
The topics being covered are, ‘Food and Your Microbiome’, ‘Micro-Nutrition and Energy Production’, ‘Holistic Lifestyle Approaches’ and ‘The Functional You’.
The BiiG LOC is extending a special invitation to all national federations, athletes, officials, coaches and supporters to participate in these very informative sessions.
