About Netball

Netball boasts of being the sport of choice for females in Barbados. From as early as age 8 in most cases, females are exposed to the sport. With a vibrant primary school competition and various aged groups competition in secondary school, netball is played at all ages in Barbados. The Barbados Netball Association administers the local club competition from March to July annually. With an excess of over 70 teams and 35 clubs, the sport is vibrant and is a permanent fixture on the sporting calendar in Barbados.
