Niel Skinner

Triathlete Niel Skinner started competing in triathlons at age 14.  He recalls first hearing about the sport from his best friend and then seeing it being advertised by Darren Treasure.

Niel is now 18 years old and making his mark on the sport, with the support of his current coach Sonni Dyer and assistant coach Miles Fowler.

Niel training is intense, with a maximum of 10 mandatory sessions and 13 available sessions per week. He is enrolled at Queens University of Charlotte, majoring in Engineering Physics. In his downtime, he listens to music to relax and his favorite food is pizza. In fact, if he could eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be pizza.
