ABOUT FOOTBALL

The Barbados Football Association was founded in 1910 and celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2000. The BFA was originally named the Barbados Amateur Football Association. The name was changed in 1925. The Barbados Football Association became affiliated to FIFA in 1968. It is also an affiliate of the Caribbean Football Union and CONCACAF.
