Ms Marsha Boyce, a Sports reporter at The Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation and Mr Gavin Cumberbatch a member of the Barbados Squash Rackets Association attended the Sessions for Young Participants of the International Olympic Academy in Greece from 15 to 29 June. Marsha and Gavin indicated they were inspired by the stories from past and present Olympians, the informative sessions as well as the tours of the ancient ruins of the Panathenaic Stadium and the Acropolis. The session for Young Participants is an annual opportunity for young persons from around the world to meet and interact on a number of sport and educational issues related to Olympism.
