Four males will represent Barbados in Shooting including Marlon Best, Bernard Chase, Louis Estwick and Ronald Livingstone Sargeant. The team manager is Curtis Smith. Smith was the Manager for the Small Bore Rifle and Pistol teams to Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia in 2006 and Delhi, India in 2010 as well as several CAC and Pan American Games. He is currently the Secretary of the Barbados Rifle and Pistol Federation Inc. and have been a member of the Board since 1999.
