The National Olympic Academy of Barbados (NOA) will be hosting a Sports Administrators Course from October 8 to November 2, 2024.
The Sports Administrators Course is an introductory programme intended to assist National Federations (NFs) in building their capacity and enhancing efficiency in managing their organizations. It aims to prepare sports administrators to tackle the challenges of managing sports in a dynamic environment. Completion of this course is also a prerequisite for the Advanced Sports Management Course.
This course is available to current board and subcommittee members of NFs who have not previously received training in Sports Administration. Additionally, club members are also welcome to attend. National Federations are encouraged to nominate at least one individual to participate in the course.
Sessions will be conducted on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
