Are you ready to take your coaching to new heights? The Barbados Olympic Association Inc. (BOA), in partnership with the Coaching Association of Canada, is excited to host the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Level 1 from Friday, February 7 to Sunday, February 9, 2025, at the Barbados Olympic Centre.
This programme, which started in 1974, provides a standardised multi-level coaching certification structure and pathway. More than two million coaches have been trained through this programme, allowing them to hone their skills and contribute to improved athlete performance.
The NCCP Level 1 sessions are as follows:
- Friday, February 7, 2025: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday, February 8, 2025: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday, February 9, 2025: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The BOA invites all National Federations to nominate at least one (1) coach to participate in this transformative training to become certified.
