The Barbados Olympic Association (BOA) invites interested individuals to apply for the Women’s Sport Leadership Academy (WSLA) programme, scheduled for later this year.
The transformative, week-long residential programme developed by the United Kingdom-based University of Chichester and delivered in partnership with Leading Edge is designed to cultivate the next generation of female sports leaders.

WSLA offers dynamic workshops, personal development plans, reflection groups, and peer-support sessions to help women unlock their leadership potential. Since its launch in 2014, WSLA has empowered over 450 women from 75 countries and six continents. This year, an additional 36 women leaders will join this global network of changemakers.
