The Barbados Olympic Association Inc., in collaboration with the Coaching Association of
Canada will host a National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Level 1 Clinic from Friday, October 4, 2024, to Monday, October 7, 2024.
The programme, which will be presented by Mr. Wayne Parro, aims to establish a standardised multilevel coaching certification structure and pathway to improve coaches’ knowledge, competencies, attitudes, and skills.
The sessions will be held at the Barbados Olympic Centre on the following dates and times:
| Friday, October 4, 2024 | 6:00 p.m.– 9:00 p.m. |
| Saturday, October 5, 2024 | 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, October 6, 2024 | 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| Monday, October 7, 2024 | 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. |
Each National Federation is asked to nominate at least one coach to complete this certification. Interested persons should register no later than Saturday, September 28, 2024.
