The National Olympic Academy of Barbados will host a one-month Sports Administrators Course (SAC) from Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to Saturday, October 25, 2025, and is encouraging National Federations (NFs) to nominate at least one person to be trained.
The SAC, a prerequisite for the Advanced Sports Management Course, is an introductory programme designed to assist NFs with building capacity and improving efficiency in the management of their organisations. It will also prepare sports administrators to deal with the demands of managing sport in a dynamic environment.
The course is open to current Board and sub-committee members of NFs. NFs can also extend an invitation to members of their clubs to register.
Sessions will be held at the Barbados Olympic Centre, Wildey, St. Michael, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Interested persons should register no later than Tuesday, September 9, 2025, using the link below.
