Dominic Hill brings more than 30 years of practical experience to Barbadian sport as a national athlete, high-performance coach, administrator, and sports team manager. A former national hockey player who earned over 50 international caps representing Barbados at the Junior and Senior Pan American Games and Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Games, he also served as Head Coach of the Barbados Men’s National Hockey Team from 2012 to 2024. Within the BOA, Dominic has served three terms on the Sport for All Commission and currently serves on the Marketing Committee. His sports governance experience also includes more than five years on the Barbados Cricket Association’s Marketing & Development Committee and managing the Barbados Tridents during their 2019 CPL championship victory. Professionally, he operates the destination management company Journeys Thru Paradise, leveraging his background in sports tourism and event management to expand commercial opportunities, support athlete and coach pathways, and strengthen National Federations.
