Kásahra Hinds is a Programme Assistant at the National Olympic Academy, the educational arm of the Barbados Olympic Association Inc. She holds an associate degree in Sports Management from Barbados Community College, laying a strong foundation for her diverse career in the sports industry.
Prior to her appointment, she served as the eqUIP Intern at the BOA, dedicated to the development and promotion of sports in Barbados. She is also the only Caribbean national among the 15 participants selected for the eqUIP Skills Academy for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, where she served as a protocol coordinator for the Games, which ran from July 23 to August 2, 2026.
As a qualified massage therapist specialising in swedish massage, cupping therapy, and stretch therapy, Kásahra brings a holistic approach to athlete care. Her expertise extends beyond therapy, as she is also an active netball player who embodies the spirit of athleticism.
Driven by a deep passion for all aspects of sport, Kásahra seamlessly navigates roles in administration, therapy, and athletics. Most recently, she has developed a keen interest in coaching and is actively working toward certification, adding another layer to her comprehensive engagement with sports.
